Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mithril's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Mithril provides credit infrastructure for AI agents, including credit lines, agent wallets, and x402 payment capabilities.

Services

Mithril provides credit lines to AI agents, enabling them to spend USDC on-chain via the x402 protocol. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including spending by agents you authorize.

Billing and Payment

Agent spending accrues during each monthly billing cycle. You will receive a statement at the end of each cycle and payment is due within 21 days at zero interest. You are responsible for configuring appropriate spending limits on your agent wallets.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mithril's services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your agents operate within legal and ethical boundaries.

Limitation of Liability

Mithril provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from agent activity, third-party service availability, or blockchain network issues beyond our control.
