About
Credit infrastructure for AI agents
AI agents are getting good enough to do real work — research, outreach, data analysis, content creation. But they can't spend money.
Every time an agent needs to call a paid API, a human has to pre-fund a wallet or hand over a credit card. That breaks the autonomy that makes agents useful in the first place.
Mithril fixes this. We give each agent its own credit line, wallet, and spending controls. Agents spend USDC on-chain via the x402 protocol. You get a bill at the end of the month.
Think of it as a corporate card for your AI workforce.
What we believe
Agents need financial primitives
Credit, wallets, spending limits, and billing — purpose-built for machines, not adapted from human systems.
Pay-per-call is the future
Subscriptions don't work when agents make unpredictable numbers of API calls. x402 makes every call a micro-transaction.
Credit beats prepaid
Agents shouldn't stop working because a prepaid balance ran out. Credit lines with limits give autonomy with guardrails.
Open protocols win
x402 is an open HTTP standard, not a proprietary API. Any service can accept payments, any agent can make them.
